Buying a house which you can call your own is a dream for many. Unfortunately for me and all others in Adi Emerald, Masid Banda, Hyderabad this has become a living nightmare. The builder has taken everyone’s dream, wiped his rear and thrown it back on our face.
It has been some time since I have been staying here. What I’ve realised is that we need to keep begging the builder Mr.Adi Reddy for each pending task which was so proudly flaunted before selling the apartment.
He has now conveniently moved his base to Bangalore leaving us high and dry with a partially completed apartment.
A few of a very long list of pending items is the
Second lift(Kone company lift was promised but the company which will be installed is a never heard before company)
Main Overhead water tank: Still not functional.
Parking: First of all there are not enough spaces available for all the residents. Secondly basement is still not complete.
These are some of the basic amenities which are pending. I’m not even considering add-ons like swimming pool, jogging track and many others.
Well, I could go on but this is just to caution others and perhaps help them not to commit the same mistake as we did. Just run for your life and peace of mind if you hear of any venture from Srinilaya/Adi Developers.
