Not a good choice

I am sharing my personal experience with this builder. Please keep away from them, they are FRAUD BUILDER.


I am briefing you some of the worst points about their projects. They do not have any lift installed in their buildings, and the one which is installed is in incomplete state. Kids cannot play outside in the premises as there are low quality electricity wires which cause issues every other day.


Think before buying any property from this builder. They just loot money from the innocent people like you and me. Some other points include, no main drainage connection and no drinking water connection. It feels like we are residing in some deep slum area

Hello Mr.user trivedibabbu014 we are sry for the inconvenience and thank you too for briefing your personal experience. As you being resident I think you you must be aware that we have started the incomplete works, we have one lift in working condition and other one we are handing over by next month end. As you all know we have completed all electric works and replaced all the cables/wiring, am very sad to hear for the kids inconvenient we have already spoken to residents, there are few flats with incomplete payment to the builder once its clear we will finish the kids play area toopls do revert us for quires and would request you to share your flat number and contact details so we can sought it out any problems in person.Thanking youAdi Developers / srinilaya projects
