Adi Reddy, the builder and Alapatti Venkateshwara Rao, the landlord for Lahiri’s Adi Emerald in Masjid Banda, Kondapur, Hyderabad are crooks of the first order. They have taken complete payment from most of the buyers but have not delivered 80% of the work also.
They armtwist buyers into paying the entire amount including amenities without even starting any amenities related work. There has been no significant progress on amenities for the past 1.5 yrs. The project has been in a very sad state for more than a year now and the builder and the landlord have absconded without finishing the project.
