The company is more interested in building their fortune than the intended construction. Don’t even think about customer relations.
If one reads the fine print of their agreements, one will understand that the company has all the rights but no liability even after you pay the complete amount. Their CRM team and manager are so bad that their receptionist can do a better job than them. Infact they generate letters asking for payments for an intended installment a month after you actually paid the same.
And the most irritating aspect is they charge you with penalty retrospectively after the full payment is made, and then charge compound interest if you try to reason it out.(Yes, sounds like extortion ala company style). The CRM team do not answer even our phone calls.
Come on, this is not some roadside retail store. We are paying almost a crore and atleast deserve a response to our calls. The CRM team in essential, is to safeguard the company’s monetary interests only and does not even have a modicum of respect towards their customers. They make money by luring potential buyers based on the brand Aditya, which many customerrs do not know that the original Aditya builders are different and much more customer friendly. It is an insult to star to give a star rating to it. Rotten tomato rating would have been better.
