For many old timers in Hyderabad, Aditya Builders is a very well known name. They were genuine and famous for thier work. Unfortunately, that’s not true anymore.
My best friend who returned from US and was hunting for a flat ended up buying a flat from these builders 2 years ago(in the venture near the Hafeezpet flyover). He was promised the flat will be delivered in 3 months time. The project was already running for at least 2+ years by then. Till date, the flat was not handed over to him. The staff there just mechanically respond that it will be delivered in another 3 months. That 3 months never seem to get over.
I feel sorry for my friend because when he asked me for an opinion, I gave a positive review of Aditya builders.
All those giving positive reviews on this site, about this builder, are most certainly either their own staff or friends of them. No one who even remotely knows what’s going on at the ground level would rate them good. Like another reviewer suggested, go check the work and progress yourself to know the facts.
