Please don’t buy any flat from Aditya constructions company.
1.Their marketing guys are very clever to deliver all false promises to the customers.
2.Huge delay in the projects, like a snail.
3.False commitments including the flat numbers, flat facing etc.
4.Not even one good reason behind their failed promises.
5.Worst MD who is trying a ticket in eluru for some minister ticket.
6.The only reason they all say is our MD is not in town, he is not signing on the procedure papers etc.
7.Bullsh*t reasons to cover their failures.
I don’t have time to write more but these are the things you will face if you opt this company.
