I bought a flat in Adithya Imperial heights, after reading few reviews at that time. The builder has no respect to customers and is so stupid that instead of concentrating on constructions his focus would be on whats app group of his customers, targeting and troubling the customers who raise voice for their delay. My sincere recommendation would be don’t buy from this builder. and for some reasons you have to buy in his ventures, please involve a lawyer right from beginning and make sure you don’t fall into trap and cry. he used average quality material but due poor skillman ship labour the outcome is bad. lot of cracks and seepages. 14th floor customers(top floor) have already raising complaints that water is leaking a lot during rains. Please note customer are not living there yet.:)
Don’t just rely on my review. please verify through many sources before you buy, if yours is a hard earned money.
