One of my friends had booked an apartment 3 years ago in the project involving Aditya constructions. He had been promised to get the apartments ready to move in December last year.
It has almost 4 months past that date and still the construction work is going at the site.
This is clear cheating from the company and they are causing lots of problem. On asking they are saying that they are having financial problem due to which this delay has happened and they are not able to give proper wages to the workers.
I mean, that’s your problem not customers. At the time of taking money from the customers, do these companies bother to know how difficult it is for the customers to gather such a huge amount of money but still they try day and night to complete the payment. Customers are not given any excuses then why these companies make so many excuses. This is really very bad.
