Our family booked 3 flats in Aditya Imperial Heights in 2011 and all of us live in USA. Project was supposed to be delivered in 2014 however delayed by almost 3 years. Communication with CRM team is always 1 way, they just contact you for money and never respond to customer queries. To make up their losses, they came up with this idea of penalties.Aditya company is penalizing customers when they do not receive money from bank which they refereed and not submitted demand letters on time. Being here makes situation whole lot worse and I would like to talk with group people who has same kind of issues and work as a team.
