Dont put your hard earned money to buy their flats

We bought a flat in adroit on 2013 and we moved in 2017 end that too after so many issues. We will be asked to pay extra 5 laks(apart from the amount we agreed to pay in the beginning) at the end or the flat will not be delivered. Before buying the flat you will have a warm welcome by the associates. Later then they will illtreat us and make us wait in their office for a long time. Especially a lady there is such an irritating person who is the customer relationship manager in adroit. Now we are hearing construction noises all the time and the club house parks are still not ready. The road to adroit from navalur takes us a roller coaster ride which has been in the same condition for the past 4 years.

Respected Madam,At the outset we thank you for buying an apartment in our project District S and are really sorry that you have been inconvenienced in certain matters. To look at each of the issues you have raised we would like to look at each of them individually:We are really sorry for the delay and waiting in our office , we will go through the process and will make it minimal at the earliest and thank you for your feedback on the same.The additional amount that has been collected only for the interest on the delayed payment and we have not collected any additional amount for the cost of the apartment that has been finalised when you purchased the apartment. Hence if the payment from your side has been delayed then there is an interest cost that needs to be paid and we are sorry we will not be able to help you in this matter.Regarding the construction happening at the site, District S was always marketed as a 2 phase project and hence the construction activity would have been happening while the 2nd phase is being constructed and the same is is going to be there only for a couple of weeks more, and we have made it a point to restrict the hours when construction happens and also keeping the noise to the minimum, and we do hope you will respect our efforts in this.Regarding the road, we do hope you will understand that we have no control over the same since it is a public road, however we have been given to understand that they are going to relay the road soon and do hope it happens a the earliest. In the meanwhile we have also worked on the approach area of our project in what ever we are allowed to.Please do understand that you and us have put in our hard earned money into this project and it is very close to all our hearts, if there are challenges or if there are issues that are unresolved, we have a process in place and our people are always putting in their best to give you the best and there are chances of mistakes from all sides and would want you to always have pleasant memories and pleasant thoughts about your home, and we do hope we are able to help you get those feelings.Thanking you and wish to connect with your good self to understand if there are any things that we can help you with.
