I have bought a 2 bhk apartment in Adroit district S. There are many construction issues still pending even after the handover. I’m very much unsatisfied with the quality of the window aluminum frame(bedroom and balcony slide door). There is water seepage during rains into rooms and hall from these frames though windows are closed. Please check and verify before buying. Very poor customer service from the builder.
