I’ve been checking for some nice apartments in and around the city and was surprised to see Adroit has some 4 to 5 properties in all major locations like Mylapore, Nungambakkam, TNagar, etc. Its nice to see that they don’t do more than 6 / 7 apartments in each so that the its not cramped.
Cool locations and friendly people. Waiting to check their new property near Gemini flyover. Heard the apartments have private terrace, clubhouse and some cool stuff.
