Afcons infrastructure might have a good name in the industry but if you look closer to the work culture it is so hectic. Being an infrastructure company you could expect a higher duration of work time but in actual the schedule is very tight and and the force you to work 14 to 15 hours a day. Also the management is not up to the mark as you have to face difficulties for every small single thing. The employee does not get all the facility in title to him as the admin department is not cooperative at many of the sites. Also if you leave the company they will take a long time for the final settlement and they will keep you running here and there to get clearance from all the departments and you literally have to beg to each of the departments for getting your dues clear. So my suggestion is before joining the company please confirm to one or two people working at that project site and ask them about the HR team admin team how they work.
