Agrani is making his customers to act like land owners of their project.therefore without any agreement of project they are booking flats at very cheap rate and from that money they buy land and whose 50% shares or may be less than 50% belongs to their cheap rate flat olders and the rest of the flats they sale at market rate.they are doing only one thing that they dont take land or plot on conversion basis simply they buy land through market funding and this is the main reason of agrani success.
