I have also booked a flat at IOB Nagar R1 Varanasi in the year of 2015 by paying a amount of 5.50.000/- with Tax to them but still till today nothing has been started yet.. So I requested Mr. Alok Kumar M. D Agrani Homes Pvt Ltd Patna as the money receiept was issued from patna patliputra branch by writing and email to Mr. Alok Kumar and their accounts department to refund the money. . After repeated requests by phone /email / wats up reminder to Mr. Alok Kumar on his number and personal visit to patliputra patna. No one was ready to talk or take calls after the request of refund. At last I knocked the doors of RERA UP and got the orders from the court to refund the entire amount with bank intrest from the date of deposit of the amount till date. Within 45 days.... but I am still not able to find Mr. Alok Kumar and others directors or any of is employees in Patna or Varanasi.. It’s a humble request that any one have any kind of information regarding Mr. Alok Kumar or his any associates plz let me know on my this number or wats up at 7980161515
