Don’t invest in any housing project developed by Agrante Realty Ltd. These guys are BIG fraudsters.
I have applied in their project name "Kavyam" and due to some financial issues, I have to surrendered the allotment. As per the norms and policies, they should have refund the booking amount after Rs 25000 deductions but they are not refunding the money. It’s been more than 6 months, every time I speak to their account department they give me a new time and date for the refund.
