Beware if you want to deal with AKME folks. They make all kinds of promises in their booklets and sales materials but fail to fulfill majority of important ones.
Their management is not only irresponsible but also misbehaves with the customers who raise their concerns. The management team led by Mr. Sonal Anand is highly ineffective and impolite with the customers. Akme Ballet project is a live example of unfulfilled promises made by Akme Management. Even Mr. Anil Nanda visited the site and made another set of promises to pacify the angry residents which turned out to be another set of false promises.
I would recommend that all the folks who wish to purchase any AKME property to visit AKME - Ballet apartment and read more about AKME projects before making any decision. They are selling ordinary apartment complexes in the name of luxury apartments.
Their so called Luxury apartment at Akme ballet doesn’t have any club house facility. They had promised two elegant club houses. The living conditions are pathetic because of continuous construction work and other issues including water, STP etc.
