We booked during Oct 2010 & they never gave a commitment until 2016 July as when they will hand over our flat despite asking them multiple times. They never paid compensation to us & we had to follow up with them several times after knowing there were several of our neighbors who had got their apartment.
Despite handing over, the work quality is just like any 2nd or 3rd class builder which makes us think whether Akshaya deserves all the accolades that they’re bragging. When we pointed the mistakes, they said they would fix it; after 79 precise days, they proclaimed they’ve fixed all the issues, but to our dismay none of them were fixed & when raised a concern on this to even their VP there’s no word of acknowledgement or a commitment to fix them yet.
Best of all, there was no progress of work from 2013 & when asked if they’re in financial crunch, they never admitted so, however in 2015 when the work resumed, we were told they had borrowed 30 Cr from a VC in Mumbai to get the work going which shows there’s absolutely no transparency in business.
