I booked a flat in Akshaya project January two years back. The builder promised to hand over the flat in 2 years. It was a totally false promise as after two and half years they ask for one more year to complete the project. And worst customer service no one bothers to answer your concerns. Their claims as ’delivery on time’, ’uncompromised etc as stated by their management are all completely false. They simply keep eating the EMI of clients and keep cheating us promising false delivery times. Snails progress in construction from beginning of the project. They have no professionalism and worst than small builders.
Do not be fooled like me and be sure before you part with your hard-earned money with these cheats.
