Customer service provides false promises. Target date of completion is always changed. Project is delayed by 5 years.
Management is least concerned about the people who are badly waiting for their unit. Either they ignore calls from clients or ask some staff to respond. These staff don’t have any authority.
These staff just listen. No feedback sent to management. I think it is not in their protocol.
I would never recommend this builder to anyone.
