Don’t invest or buy Albertsville Sea Facing property by Coredelia. You will be subject to cheating and fraud. All the positive reviews you are seeing, may be paid ones or even manipulated. I invested in 2014-15, paid a hard earned hefty amount in Lacs and they are still not returning me the amount, even though they have signed legal papers(cancellation deed). The property was not handed over and it is still incomplete and we were promised that in about an year after booking, we will start getting the rentals. I have a RERA case also opened, and I am cheated and facing fraud by the Developer. They don’t care about customer commitment and professionalism, neither the court and even they have deliberately bounced cheques given to me as refund. For the last 4-5 years, I am running behind them from pillar to post, they are just eating up time, giving false promises and documents in front of court. I can’t express the mental harassment and trauma I have been going through, because of Coredelia. As a sincere advice, don’t invest and get trapped in the scheme.
