I am staying in Alpine Eco Apartment. Their broker, Manu, is a very bad guy. He just want to loot the customer. Once the payment is done, he stopped receiving the call. They just want money. Planning and quality wise also, they are very bad. Do not waste your hard earned money by buying any Alpine property. You will regret.
