Disastrous and liers to put it mildly. Selling everything on thin air! For the lack of product category I am writing my review under interiors and am bit surprised that there is no section where one can comment on builders or maybe I am unaware.
To begin with Amanora Sale team took the money from me and a group of friends in 2007 promising the delivery in Oct’07. Since than we have been paying up as per the slabs and it till date 70% payment has been made but no sign of the flat handover. With lavish presentation in a small theatre by Rajat kapoor the Sales mgr Vikas booked 3 flats between me and my friends.
For those unsuspecting souls they promise a hi-tech township with the works but no sign of delivery. You only get follow up calls for payment and that too the project is ateast 20-25% premium than the rest of the properties available in and around Kharadi in pune.
Hence Its a strict no no from my side and I caution all to avoid this trap.
