I’ve explored many residential projects in 2011-12 to book residential duplex. After exploring almost 2 years I got to know about this developer and about their project "Amardeep Greens". They are providing both Duplexes and Flats.
I booked a duplex in 2013 for 80 Lakhs. It has 1 bedroom on ground floor with kitchen and hall, whereas it has 2 bedroom and one pooja room above it. It has all modern amenities such as modular kitchen, LED lighting, soalr water heater etc.
The society has two watchmen, one for Duplexes and one for apartments in tower . There are CCTV cameras in society. You can book a duplex in 3 laks and Flats in 1.5 Lakhs. The society is just awesome. If you’re looking for apartments then give it a try.
