I purchased a flat in Mar 2014 with a false delivery promise on June 2015. Got the flat on April 2017. Maintenance charged is Rs.2700 per month without any amenities.They promised Rs.15000 rent but hardly we get Rs.10000 and we have to bear the maintenance.Very far from Chrompet but builder is claiming property is at Chrompet.Amarprakash are ultimate fraudsters or leeches who suck blood out of people. Do not buy flat from them. Marketing sold flat saying we can use open parking free of cost, but once inside they are charging for open parking. BEWARE!!!! DON’T BUY FLAT FROM THEM
