I havn’t booked any flat in amrapali but I know many things about the builder. The builder is fraud. They don’t even paid full charges of noida authority . Thats why noida authority is not giving any completion certificate to it.
The builder is black listed in all the banks, no bank is funding on the projects of amrapali. There projects are delayed by 3-5 years. Amrapli has a huge land space in noida, but the buyers are very frustrated by the builder.
