This review is about Amudha Civil Construction and its owner Ilango.
Like everyone I also wanted to buy a flat and came across Amudha Constructions. The Builder is Ilango who talks very very good and carries Honey is his mouth. He gives all assurances until he gets money from you but later many of the promises will not be fulfilled. Worst thing is you cannot meet him at all.
The workers in his company are the real worst and lazy people. Not sure whether they don’t know or they have been trained to talk and behave like that to us. They also give many promises but later nothing will be fulfilled. You need to chase chase chase but nothing will happen.
This builder is Best out of the Worst in the market. IF you intend to buy please have a clear agreement with him and don’t give 100% money other wise you will be cheated and you wont be getting anything.
