I had purchased a flat at Aparna Oosmans Everest. Worst Management. Delayed delivery. Too expensive and not worth of buying.
Their AGM was an argent person. Don’t even care and address a customer properly. Handover letter was issued to me.
I planned my house warming ceremony one month after issuance of handover letter. Aparna was not willing to give water and drinage facility for gruhapravesh and their AGM Venkat Subbaiah informed me to use labours toilets and use utility area for nature call. I don’t recommend to buy flat with Aparna
