I know someone who owns a project in Zen World. From what I learned from them is that the project was delivered on time and with all the promised amenities and specs. Artha was also very receptive and responsive with their customers.
I feel that their other projects are also quite good. Especially Emprasa! And now with many new rules such as RERA, you can expect home buying to be easier and safer.
