They give you an opportunity like we cancelled our flat due to some reason earlier and thought our booking amount would also go waste. but they told us that we have your booking amount but whenever you book a flat from us we will deduct that much of amount from the total price of flat. Its something which is very good for the people who sometime cancelled the flats but buy in the future. So after 1 year of time we again booked our flat and regain that amount in deduction also.
