Think 100 time before buying this property. I enquired with some residents and got following feedback
No solar water Heater(But Builder claim, all flats getting Solar Hot Water)
Infinite number of cracks in the buildings, some cracks are very huge almost 50mm thickness, Highly unsafe, I dont know how residents are living there
No RoofTop Farming(They done the farming just to get awards, After getting awards they stopped it, But builder still claim they will do it)
Gym Equipment’s are of very cheap quality. I have personally seen the weights, after touching I need to go washroom for washing my hands.
Road to the apartment(Panathur underpass). They claim that road will construct and plan is already released etc etc. Truth is, it will never going to come, residents are staying there for past 2 years and they shared the pain of panathur underpass.
