I had purchased a flat in ATS Le Grandiose in 2016. The project was supposed to be delivered in 2021. They had coaxed the buyers into paying 100% amount on the pretext of completing the project. December 2023, the project has gone to NCLT. They delivered some flats offering fit-out possession. The quality is shoddy.
On top of it, they have their own people in buyer’s wattsapp groups, who won’t let anyone even criticise ATS top bosses, The management team of ATS is a bunch of thugs.
ATS is going Amrapali/ Supertech way. While buyers are suffering, the promoters of this company are having a gala time on our money. Would not recommend any End User or Investor to put their hard earned money in any of ATS project. Its a doomed company destined to sink in years to come.
