I have invested in the avalon project going on in bhiwadi and bought a 20m² shop(road facing) in full swing construction was going on at that time directly through the builder at competitive and less price compared to market. initially, at that moment after finalization of dealing I was happy but soon after due to some financial crises in my business I wanted to withdraw the amount from this investment and asked agents to sell this shop and here the twist begins which was damn shocking to hear that there was no increment in the price even after 1 year of investment in full payment and realized that I had to pay transfer charges with other hidden charges too which was really a great loss. you can easily differentiate between customer services before and after dealing.
