I had a very bad experience with a person named xxxx xxxx from Pune. He is showing the same land to multiple buyers, taking advance payments from all of them, and then completely disappearing. He doesnt answer calls or messages after taking money.
Everything he says is fake from ownership documents to promises. He has already cheated many people and has multiple police cases filed against him. Unfortunately, I came to know this only after it happened to me.
Im writing this review to warn others. Please do not trust this person. If youre planning to buy any plot, always verify everything through government records and talk to a lawyer before giving even ₹1.
