Beware of xxxx xxxx Real Estate Fraud in Pune
I want to alert others about a person named xxxx xxxx operating in Pune, Maharashtra. He is involved in fraudulent real estate activities. He shows the same plot to multiple buyers and takes advance money from each of them. After receiving the payment, he stops answering calls and avoids all communication.
He makes fake promises, gives false information, and disappears once money is received. I later found out that there are dozens of cases already filed against him for similar fraudssome say over 40 cases.
He is taking advantage of peoples trust and hard-earned money. I am one of the victims, and I dont want anyone else to fall for this trap.
