This review is regarding my experience with a small time realty business firm in Mumbai - Avani Realtors
The company projects that they are having land in outskirts of Mumbai.They advertise in leading newspapers regarding the money schemes.There are different schemes like money doubling in 10 months/buy a house and pay later etc.
What they does is ask the customers to pay 50000/100000 initially and then they will give back the mooney in installments Rs 10000/20000 for 10 months .So ultimately money double in 10 months.
But my experience is that only first cheque will get cleared. from second onward the cheque will start bouncing. This is the experience with lot of people. When you visit their office, the employees will say that they will give the payment next week/month ad all.But its all rubbish.
I am writing this review to inform other people regarding AVANI’s business and one should not fall in their prey.They are still advertising in Mumbai Mirror, Mid day and all.Be care full.
I am sure .I am not going to get the money but atleast you should not fall in such schemes.
