Initially, when I about to book the flat in Balaji Elegance near GRTP, I came to know the previous project of the same builder’Prestine’ has some issues in finishing. Still I took risk as the cost of the flat is very less when compared to other builders.
Now 2 years completed after I took the possession. I am really happy to have this flat booked. Very spacious, no common walls between flats, amenities like swimming pool, club house and gym. Quality of construction is also good(4 out of 5). I recommend you all to come and visit Balaji Elegance’s apartment to get a clear picture.
