Few month back fire took place in shope at that time also fire system didn’t work, now 2 days back fire took place in car parking area at that time also fire system didn’t work in automatic system. Builder is sleeping over non maintenance of necessary requirements. Housekeeping staff salary also not done due to builders non payment. Why flat owners should pay maintenance when builder want to diver that money for other purposes. Very unprofessional
