Great portal. which has almost no advertisment banners and no agents allowed. this portal is a property finders paradise. I loved the simplicity of the city to a great extent. These guys have come down to the basics. and worked really well. No fancy stuff. no clutter. very well concentrated on the detailing of properties and projects. Optimized images and structure of the website makes it load super fast. even on a dial up connection. SMS & email responses are superb.
BharatEstates.com has covered almost all locations in and arround pune, right from hinjewadi to Yerawda to to Warje, Undri etc. All properties are posted by only owners and builders.
Allied services is a nice feature to search for real estate related services in your area such as furniture wala, plumber wala, vastu consultant etc.
Good alert facility on properties and projects. Search function works like a charm.
Must applaud on the great success within just 5 months of launch in Pune. They should soon launch the portal nationally.
