I here by inform you that don’t by flats in "Bhumiraj Homes Private Limited - Mumbai", owner Mr. Bhupendra Shah as they hide all the information at the start of the project and after completion of project they say that land was illegal, land is in CRZ, late possession(5-10 years) without OC, unable to get Occupation certificate, No water supply. people are facing lots of problem in their flats.
People are requested not to purchase any flats in Bhumiraj and must get review in market before purchasing of flats.
