We bought a 3BHK apartment from Bindu Promoters and Developers 6 years back. We purchased the flat trusting their words and believing that they will keep up their promises. I had met and interacted with Bindu Owner Mr. Jayesh Shah several times before buying this apartment. He looked like a nice person during that time. But after selling the flat he completely changed and I came to know the true color of this CHEATER.
Six years over. Till now he has not finished the project completely. He had promised us swimming pool, children play area, club house, water treatment plant and many more amenities. So far none of them have been delivered by this cheater. More importantly he has not given us occupancy certificate(OC). From the last 6 years he has been telling he will give us OC soon and kept on fooling us. He is master in telling serial lies and fooling people.
I am a middle class salaried person and for people like me, owning a house is a lifetime goal. People like me, can buy only 1 house in entire life span. I have invested my hard earned money in this apartment and paying EMI with very difficulty. But I have been badly cheated by this incompetent and disgraceful person Mr. Jayesh. He is a shameless person. The people who can’t earn their bread and butter in honest way, do these kind of deceitful acts. Me and my family’s curse will definitely touch this cheater. I am writing this comment with pain in my heart and tears in my eyes.
