Purchased plot in Nice Vistas Layout 6 Months Back. Have Good Layouts, They are Very Big seems like development works are going on from long time.
I came across these reviews just Now, Looks like Some are Saying it’s a Scam, Some are complaining about the Project from 2018.
Seriously I did not encounter any Such Things So long. My Process of Registration was Also Smooth with the loan facility from LIC. Before Proceeding even I had made all the legal Scrutiny. Yeah I Even met the Owner Raju. I personally didn’t feel anything wrong till Now. So yeah I had also Recommended my Cousin his Registration Process is also going On.
