I bought a floor on park elite floor. As they where not able to give possession on said period. They agree to give the delayed compensation. Now it’s more than 1 year and till now they haven’t given the compensation yet. I have been mailing them about the same to transfer it to my BPTP maintenance account. There reply is file is in process. No date and where it has been stuck is not clear. It’s the worst customer service by any builder.
