I have made a mistake of buying a flat at Park Floors 2, Sector 76 Faridabad. I made that mistake but you don’t.PLEASE.! The quality of construction is awfully low.
There is seepage from 3 walls.bulb holders are falling off.Plaster is falling off.i was having a split AC installed and when the person installing the unit hit the wall with a hammer the entire brick came out of the wall from the other side.the tiles in the bathroom are shabbily fixed. there is just sand in the walls and practically no cement.the plaster comes off during rains exposing bricks. the common areas are dirty and the garbage collector rings the bell at 1 PM. My neighbor just had a narrow chance with death when a really big chunk of plaster came off the ceiling.luckily they were not home at that time.whenever a door bangs because of wind all the plaster around falls off.this is just a small part of real picture.
BPTP is a company with no moral fiber or integrity. They over charged me by Rs 19 K and when I ask for it they say that we owe them VAT money which is actually still being contested in court. Many of their projects have been held up and are not moving ahead.
When ever someone tells me about buying a flat with BPTP I tell them about the facts and they actually thank me.! NOW THEY HAVE REFUSED REPLYING TO MY MAILS.! What a crying shame.and how stupid could I be to buy a flat from them.!
