As I live in coffee city and the development rate is higher in chikkamaglur the demand of housing is also getting day by day higher. I visited here once to see their apartments they treated us in a best possible way and was very happy with them, they showed me everything present in the apartment and gave me a close look to it.
Its there first apartment in chikkamaglur and is really awesome. They showed me 2 and 3 bedroom flats which looks cool and decorative. There is a good parking facility and lifts are also available.
I think it’s worth purchasing a flat in this growing city because it is worth it and can be easily afforded.
