Reserved for slum rehabilitation!

This property is built on an area that was reserved for slum rehabilitation, so we could have people from the slums coming and living with us in the building! We were not told of any such thing before and as members who have paid so much for the house; we deserved to know beforehand!

Bollineni ZION is a nice venture planned . The behaviour of the staff is soo bad, they don’t listen to the customer’s queries . In the quote they mentioned " EV charger - 25, 000" which I don’t even need and they are telling " it cant be reduced" . I never understood how in the world the EV charging point costed 25, 000, we don’t use transformer to charge our vehicle! please understand it . the response is very high before visit and after going there no one cares for what we came, they handed over me two print outs and the person left and I need to understand the quote like a Question paper and answer my own queries, what kind of behaviour is this? and the offers which they give(eg: 10 lacks off book your flat now!) is never true . The price of a 2 BHK flat starts at 64 lacks, it never starts from there, the star ""which is at the top means: conditions apply! Their conditions are 2 lacks club house, 5% GST 2, parking 3 lacks . this and that what not and it becomes 72 lacks and after offer it is 70 lacks . The worst experience I ever had! Please don’t waste your time in this . ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY!

This is a litigated property. They are building 28 floors with approval obtained only for 18 floors. They haven’t received environmental clearance even after 2 years of struggle. Banks will not give loan on this property.


Speaking from personal experience of being cheated by these people, they will not show legal documents until you pay booking amount of 5%. And after you pay that, you will realize that they haven’t got all required clearances legally and banks will not provide loan against this project.


After waiting for 6 months of their inability to provide all required clearance document to avail loan, I asked to refund by booking amount, and these cheaters refunded deducting 10% of my booking amount after a long wait and follow up. And when I said that I will legally action against them, they responded very lethargically that I cant do anything and this is how they do business for earning money. It is very likely that this project will be delayed for life. Attaching my proofs here, so that none of you fall in their trap.

You should definitely take a reciept from them because they may deny that you made any payment later.

The car parking space in this area is not enough and I have to park my car outisde because of that and it is quite scary.
