Terrible experience with Concorde group CRM(customer relationships mgr) for napa Valley project. Because of some of the staff, this builder will have to pay for it. The CRM is supposed to talk to customers to build and nurture the relationship. Here it is totally different, he will make you feel think twice if we should go for the property or drop it at the earliest. Instead of clearing the doubts, this CRM is screaming and forcing his point. No courtesy at all. Will make customer wait for hours in the meeting rooms.
