I’m having horrible time dealing with Confident Group. I was interested in buying a plot in Confident Aries project, but was hesitant in making the payment as the project still did not have BMRDA approval. They falsely claimed that project just got BMRDA approval and documents will be available in a day or two, just to get my payment. As soon as I made the payment, they stopped picking my calls and responding to emails.
I later called them as a new buyer and got a confirmation that project still did not receive BMRDA approval. I’m stuck now with no response from them, and project not going anywhere without approvals. Even their escalation contacts don’t pick the phone and don’t respond to emails. Please stay away from these crooks.
