Once I looked into the documents the basic title of the document isn’t proper for the property and they just want to sell it. Confident doesn’t do any document verification for most of their properties and they just want to sell it. Even a common person can understand that the document isn’t right to go for the agreement and you don’t need a lawyer to verify it. Part2: poor customer response from them sales executives once you cancel the property. They start avoiding your calls whenever you try to reach then asking for return of advance money. Each and every time they just say that they will return the money but never give a definite timeline or date. Poor communication model they have. I have spoken to 3 executivs Alam, sudhaka and Ganezh. All of them are irresponsible and pathetic.
