I am very disappointed with Confident Group. They promised initially during booking of a pre-launch of Exotica that if we dont like the money will be refunded within 10 days.
When I checked for cancellation in the office, they informed that all I need to do is send a mail to goodliving@confident-group.com. I have sent mail on 25th Sept 2013 with 5 follow up emails but no reply. I would suggest to rethink before investing with Confident Group.
